-
Issue addressed regarding an opt-in text message announcement which continued to exist on the member portal after a member had already opted-in for text messages.
-
Issue addressed regarding a member’s due date not updating to the member’s payment plan if the payment plan due date was outside of the current month. Now the due date on the member portal is updated with the payment plan due date agreed upon in their payment schedule.

The Officer Budget Module allows administrators to create officer budgets within the Budget Wizard. This feature allows admins to add officers responsible for spending, forecast expenses, and track expenses versus actuals.
Key Benefits
-
Chapters can submit a budget for projected expense totals. These totals are built out by the individual officer expense totals added to the officer budget / role.

Key Benefits
-
Chapters can now pull a Profit / Loss report for officer budget totals specifically by each officer's expense. This report individually totals income or expenses for every income COA coded to a member payment and every expense COA coded to chapters "Check" or "Deposit". This makes it easy to see if they are on target with their officer budgets.
Expense Tracking Officer Tagging
-
The Expense Tracking Officer Tagging feature allows admins to "tag" a check to a specific officer budget for expense tracking. When the officer budget is loaded, the officer roles created will populate in the officer tagging option on the check. This tagging option is available for manually created checks, as well as checks synced over via card purchase or bank sync. Administrators can now edit transactions and choose to tag them to a particular officer budget.
